Christopher Maddalone has over 28 years of multi-family third party property management and real estate development experience. He has completed over $50 million in construction management as principal, advisor, and/or contractor involving multifamily, mixed-use, and retail development. His focus is on deal-sourcing, construction management, and underwriting. He holds a BA from Johnson & Wales University.

Park Ridge Construction has been successfully operating since 2004 while being under the umbrella of Maddalone & Associates Inc. since 2004 as a General Contractor. Park Ridge Construction has been managing multiple projects for property owners and investors in both Commercial and Residential Space.
