Maddalone & Associates, Inc. fees will depend upon the following:
- The property location.
- The size of the property.
- The condition of the property.
- The number of units in the property or complete portfolio.
- The number of buildings to be managed.
- The length of the contract.
We will review all property details and present you with an appropriate management fee. Once we agree on the terms, a contract will be drawn up to fit your personal and property needs. Typically our contracts are for one year; although they may be negotiated for any amount of time depending on what best suits your needs. All our fees are deducted from the monthly rental income along with any other monies due from advertisements, repairs and maintenance, etc. (if any). A check is then sent to you for the remaining rental income along with your monthly property report. We are happy to provide multiple property discounts, the more rental units on the contract the lower percentage of fees will be charged.
