A. This depends on the particular property. If yes, there is an additional $200.00 deposit which is non refundable.

Q. Do you accept Social Services or Section 8?

A. Yes, all prospective tenants are required to complete an application and are subject to reference and credit checks.

Q. Is Security due at time of move in?

A. Yes, all monies are due in cash or certified funds at the time of move in.

Q. What is the lease term?

A. Generally a twelve (12) month lease is required. Although, if you follow certain steps you may be allowed to be released from the lease.
